Shipping Carriers

We use a combination of Australia Post, Fastway, Couriers Please, and DHL.

As we are based in Balwyn, Victoria we also have an in-house fleet of drivers to service most of Metropolitan Melbourne.

Standard shipping times do fluctuate but are generally 3–5 working days from order.

DHL offers quick turnaround to most of the world.

• International Shipping starts at just $13.45
• DHL Express Worldwide is usually around $45 for a standard order

Damages & Lost in Transit

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, including detailed images.

If a replacement cannot be sourced for your order, we will issue a refund.

If an item is lost in transit, the same remedies apply as for damaged goods.

Goods marked as delivered will not be eligible for shipping protection.
