Sometimes things don’t always go to plan. Products can be faulty, or perhaps the wrong product arrives. Ordered a Hyper Dash and got a Sprint? That’s okay. The procedures below will make sure you get the resolution you need.

✅ How It Works:

📦 If the Wrong Product Is Sent

We will email you a pre-paid return label. Simply attach the barcode to the top of the box and drop it off at your nearest Post Office. All you need to do is hand it over and instruct the Post Office to send it back to us.

🔧 If the Product Is Faulty

Minor imperfections are a common occurrence in manufacturing (especially injection moulded plastics). These minor imperfections will not be deemed an acceptable reason for return or replacement.

If a product arrives with clear signs of damage, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

🤔 If You Change Your Mind

Please choose your purchases carefully. Due to the nature of the products we sell, and to protect the integrity of orders for every customer, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for incorrect choices or change of mind once products have shipped.

All in-stock sales are final.

If you have pre-ordered a product and wish to cancel your order, please email us.

Once the pre-order window has closed, you will be ineligible for a change-of-mind refund, in line with our pre-order policies, which are communicated on each product page. This is because custom-manufactured goods cannot be cancelled once the order is submitted to the manufacturer.


A non-refundable transaction fee applies for all change-of-mind refunds that are processed.

🚫 Mixing Pre-Order and In-Stock Products

Unfortunately, this is not possible due to the way our team fulfils orders. For example, if you order an in-stock product that is ready to ship along with a pre-order item that ships in six months’ time, it can create inventory issues.

To ensure you receive your correct order in a timely manner:

  • If you mix pre-order and in-stock items in one order, the in-stock item will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Moving forward, our store will not allow you to combine these orders.
  • Please do not request to combine them, as this will not be possible.
