Group Buys, Pre-Orders and Retail Sales

So, you missed out on a Group Buy/ Pre-Order. What now? Well, we've got a couple of different ways you can get your hands on products as they head from production to shipping. Here's how it all works from start to finish.

Group Buy:

This is the most cost-effective but also the most time-consuming way to order products. These usually have around a 4-5 month lead time from the timeframe the buy is open, but it's also the cheapest way to buy the product. When you order a product during a group buy, you are essentially buying something that does not exist yet, to reach the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) that is viable for production. As the product progresses, we will keep you informed about production and estimated dispatch dates.

Pre-Order
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is available in stock. Unlike group buys, where production depends on meeting a minimum number of orders or being cancelled, pre-orders are placed on items with manufacturing already guaranteed, although an MOQ may still apply. This means shorter wait times and lower risk, as the product is already in the production pipeline. Once manufacturing is complete, your order will ship.

Retail:

Products for sale that are in stock and immediately shipped. Turnaround time is almost immediate (next-day dispatch usually), with standard retail pricing. Products without a [Group Buy] or [Pre-Order] tag are in stock and are typically dispatched the same or next business day.
